Welcome the new season with our serene Wet Felted Spring Landscape Workshop, taking place on Friday 6th March, 11am–3pm at the beautiful Sam Dale studio in Holmes Chapel. Create a richly textured spring landscape using layered fibres, delicate colours, and expressive surface details — a calming, creative way to embrace the freshness of early spring.
About the Workshop
Led by fibre artist Vicky Pulman of Needlessly Felted, this workshop is perfect for both beginners and confident makers.
You’ll learn the full wet-felting process: laying fibres, blending colours, adding texture, and using warm water and gentle agitation to transform soft wool into a cohesive, painterly landscape.
Guided step-by-step, you’ll build depth, perspective, and miniature details such as tiny flowers, hedgerows, pathways, or distant treelines, creating an artwork full of seasonal charm.
