Q- Do you supply school uniform?

A- Yes! We supply the badged uniform for several local primary schools as well as a huge amount of general school uniform, including cardigans, jumpers, shirts, blouses! In fact it’s easier to look here 

Q- Can I order items and collect them from the shop?

A- Yes, we would love to see you! You can order online as usual and use code COLLECT so we know you're coming. You can also have free local delivery within 5 miles of the shop using code LOCAL

Q- Can I order Calor Gas online?

A- Please don’t order Calor Gas on the website, the postage charges on a gas bottle are rather high!! Call us on 01477 532258, email us dalescustomerhelp@gmail.com or contact us on Facebook here

 Q- I ordered something online and it’s the wrong size, what do I do?

A- If it’s actually the wrong size (sent out incorrectly by us) then we will replace these for you as soon as you return the originals - we will pay for the postage! If you’ve ordered an item and chosen the wrong size, we can of course exchange it for you, as soon as you return the original item. You will need to pay the return postage on the new item.
