Q- Do you supply school uniform?

A- Yes! We supply the badged uniform for several local primary schools as well as a huge amount of general school uniform, including cardigans, jumpers, shirts, blouses! In fact it’s easier to look here 

Q- Can I order items and collect them from the shop?

A- Yes, we would love to see you! You can order online as usual and select “pick up” at the checkout, so we know you're coming. You can also have free local delivery within 5 miles of the shop, this option doesn’t appear if you choose to use Apple Pay from a product page- but it does if you use it at checkout. The free local delivery option will automatically pop up if your address is eligible. 

Q- Can I order Calor Gas online?

 Q- I ordered something online and it’s the wrong size, what do I do?

A- If it’s the wrong size (sent out incorrectly by us) then we will replace these for you as soon as you return the originals - we will pay for the postage! If you’ve ordered an item and chosen the wrong size, we can of course exchange it for you, as soon as you return the original item. You will need to pay the return postage on the new item.

Q - Can I collect loyalty online?

A- We do not have currently an online loyalty scheme, we do have an in store scheme which you are welcome to use. Keep checking back as we are moving forward all the time.

Q- If I order for local delivery how long will my item be?

Our free local delivery service has been up and running throughout lockdown, we have proudly been delivering to customers who otherwise could not have collected. As this is a free service, we aim to deliver within a week. Normally much quicker depending on where you are/how many orders we have to fill. We would ask that if you are able to collect during peak times (back to school etc) that you do, as this allows us to get your item to you quickly and assist those who are unable to collect.
