All proceeds go towards Brianna's Borneo Expedition 2027

Brianna has been offered the amazing opportunity to travel on a school expedition to Borneo with Camps International in July 2027.

Camps International started in 2002 and does incredible work with local communities in underdeveloped, deprived areas of the world, developing infrastructure and helping the environment and wildlife in those areas. They also challenge young people to realise their potential.

Brianna's first challenge is to get there by fundraising £5,490!

In the 4-week trip she will be working hand in hand with Bornean communities in the Sabah region on projects that help improve lives.

Some of the sustainable projects that she expects to get involved with are village improvement works to improve the facilities of the local growing community like helping to build kindergartens and community buildings, habitat conservation involving activities to help safeguard wildlife, tackling deforestation and ecotourism and recycling initiatives including clearing beaches of dangerous plastics. She will also be learning about orangutan conservation by visiting the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre. Her final challenge will be learning to scuba dive on a PADI Open Water Scuba Diving Course to get the chance to see marine life up close.
