New Loyalty scheme for all members!

We value our loyal customers and want to thank you for shopping local with Dales!

We now have a membership card, with with you will earn loyalty pounds on the majority of purchases with Dales (there are a few exceptions see website or ask in store for full details).

You will also have access to additional benefits, such as discounted rates for car wash, early access to sales, 121 appointments for our uniform service and also free local delivery on items purchased.

£10 spent = £1 loyalty credit

You earn loyalty credit every time* you purchase with us and are able to redeem loyalty credit against any item(s) in store!

You could choose to save your loyalty pounds all year and redeem them against school uniform, Christmas shopping or just treat yourself to an item in store!

Loyalty pounds have no cash in value and are only able to be used in store.
