Whilst I am super excited about our new EPOS till system, I have to say the work behind the scenes is very underwhelming 🤣 every product has to be loaded in to the system with all of its variants! Currently I’m up to 1400+ and I think I’ll be lucky if I’m a quarter of the way through. It’s a long laborious task but will really be worth it for us here at Dales and for you as customers. We will be able to scan items at the till, and keep a log on your account of your purchases! This means iwe can help when you’re in a rush for uniform or other items as we will know which size you had last time!

It is an interesting exercise as I’m learning lots about products I previously haven’t handled a lot - my subject matter of the day? Hotline electric fencing!
